Stan gloats when he reads about his rival Chuck White's wife, Christy, being caught getting high in the parking lot of the local multiplex. Hayley protests the law against pot, but Stan defends it, saying the law should be followed no matter how stupid it seems. However, Stan changes his opinion when he learns that Langley Falls has banned trans fats, as those are what have been making Francine's deep-fried cooking taste so good. Desperate, he drives to neighboring Chimdale, where trans fats are apparently still legal, and smuggles several cans back home. When he can no longer do so due to Internal Affairs Officer Turlington (Forest Whitaker) guarding the city line, he has Steve do so on his bike.
