Stan gives Francine "love coupons" for Valentine's Day, but refuses to honor them once he becomes preoccupied with his very own CIA cyborg. Stan plans to be cryogenic-ally frozen upon death until a time when he can be brought back to life by being turned into a cyborg, a way the CIA plan to expand the life of agents. Francine is hurt when Stan tells her, as she planned for them to be buried together (in a specially made heart-shaped coffin). Stan tries to make it up to her by ripping up the cyborg papers and says that he wants to be buried with her.
