Well thats just my opinion but it is hella good
Roger holds spring break at stans house while francine is away
stan becomes involved with a young college girl, "as friends only" and carmen electra says she will sleep with steve, after much funny happenings before hand, but she dosent end up sleeping with him and steve dosent even get a little bit of summer boob
